2. OK, here's a quick summary

-Bush allowed Hurricane Katrina to completly destroy the city of New Orleans because he'd rather give tax money to his rich friends so he didn't build up the levies.
-Now the creator of the gang "Crips",Tookie Williams, is about to be put to death tonight at midnight and the Crips have promised to burn LA to the ground if they do.
