I finally started my 'holiday' presents

Home-made olive oil soap with lemongrass I grew myself.

Am I a hippie? :scared:

1. I love olive oil soap.

It's all I use, and it's great for shaving.

Whenever we head back to Vancouver, we make a special trip to the Greek store just for that. At a buck for each huge bar, it can't be beat.

I'm sure yours is great, too, especially with the lemongrass.

maybe too much since I had so much extra at the end of the season.

Olive oil soap is GREAt. Can't you get it where you are?

4. Not in my little town.

Even in Vancouver, you have to go to a Greek food store for it. Unless you feel like paying $12/bar at a "boutique".

When we didn't live in Vancouver, we were visiting friends of ours there, and they were using it. I was converted immediately. It's got a great, earthy smell, too.

It's all over the place here. You can pick up like, 3 bars at Shoppers for 5 bucks or something.

But home made is better ;)
