I just made THE tastiest chicken burger EVER

Here's my recipe:
1 lb ground chicken
1 medium onion, chopped
Parsley
Garlic(finely chop)

curry powder(1 tsp)
chili powder(1 tsp)
red chili flakes(1 tsp)
all spice(1 tsp)
pepper(2 tsp)
salt(2 tsp)
garam masala(1 tsp)

Mix all of the above together. Make 4 patties.

Preheat oven to 375.

Heat 1 tbsp oil and 1tbsp butter in non stick pan. Oh high, sear one side of the burgers. Turn to medium and cook partially on the other side.

Place burgers in oven for 10 minutes. It's cooked when you push it and it pushes back with a bounce.
Let rest for 10 minutes.
Serve with potatoes fried in drippings from pan, buns, cheese, and veggies!

Oh man it's awesome. My first recipe ever!
