all americans me included should move to England or some other country that outlaws the death penalty because that will show them.

1. That
or else because, based upon some dead-from-the-neck-up arguments, we can then kill with impunity.

:wtf:

well william wallace was hanged,drawn-and-quarted,had his enthralls cut out and beheaded.and joan of arc was burned at the stake.

Because i am somewhat of a historian on the details of certain things.

5. Precisely my point
Were you asserting that some liked how they died or that some liked that they died?

Me, I can't imagine sticking around for the curtain call on either scenario. And, I suppose, that's also why most people had to be compelled to attend public executions.

8. That
was kinda hard to follow  "according to" would have been clearer than "based upon"

7. Sorry I don't know what you've cross-referenced
But I personally feel that Americans who oppose the death penalty should do as they please. If they want to live in states that allow it fine, But they could also move to the 23 state that have OUTLAWED it :P

During my first term in the Maine State Legislature that stupid old, washed up, proposal came up (again) We let the Republicans go on and on which gave us about a 3 hour dinner (the Speaker called us back when it was time). WE had a blast!

After all their wind bagging, we shot the proposal down very easily. It was fun and fun is good. :-)

9. which proposal?
To outlaw it, or bring it back?

It's like the riddler has taken over or something.

There is still the Federal DP which Bush has been abusing since he was selected.
