1. It was placed on hundreds of high-traffic blogs and sites. It wasn't

a targeted message...DU gets a lot of visitors, so it got the ad.

7. They were all over the net

it's an automated thing, nobody "told" MSNBC about us, what we do, what we claim to stand for and all that. MSNBC paid to have an image it deemed to be viewable anywhere by anyone ( you see similar graphics all over the place in Vegas ) and it was displayed. It just happened to put a higher ratio of panties-per-view in a twist here than any other site.
