Tell me it's okay to skip my workout today...
I am not a workout skipper. I exercise six days a week. I hate skipping a workout, and even when I'm under the weather I try to get in something light.

Today, I just can't. My whole face/head hurts. My forehead, across my nose, along both sides of my jaw. It's a wicked headache. And all I can think about is the workout I should be doing. All I really feel like doing is curling up with a book.

1. its ok to skip you workout
it may even be good to give your muscles an extra day to relax...curl up with that book and jump back into the swing of things tomorrow, if you are up to it...

2. Oh hell yes, skip it!
You sound like you're dedicated to your exercise routine, and you feel like crap today, so take a day off! Give your body what it's asking for :)

Go get that book, and curl up! Feel better soon! :bounce:

4. It's okay to skip your workout.
I work out almost every night, so I understand. Sometimes, rest is the best thing. Skipping one day won't matter in the long run, especially if you're not prone to regularly talking yourself out of them. I hope you feel better, soon

5. You should definitely...
... skip your workout if you aren't feeling well. Why stress your body when it is already stressed?

6. Damn girl! You work out six times A WEEK??!
You definitely deserve an occasional rest, esp. if you're not feeling well. In my book, Resting Time is just as important as Active Time.

It's all part of the ebb and flow of our lives....

Take it easy, babe.
