Worst 1980's Rock Band
You knew someone was gonna do it.

My vote: REO Speedwagon. I heard it from a friend who heard it from a friend who heard it from another that they REALLY sucked!

9. I agree, too.
It's hard for me to pick a bad 80s band. Now if this were a bad 90s/00s band thread, I'd have a slew to mention...

3. But this is a thread for bands that sucked.
So if you liked Depeche Mode, why mention them here?

Actually I liked some of their early stuff myself.

4. Journey
Absolutely have to throw that one out there. Once Jonathan Cain joined the band, they were entirely useless.

11. Quiet Riot.
Ugly vocalist with bad clothes. One halfway decent song. played until all our ears bled.

13. True Enough. That band only made one valuable contribution to rock n roll.
....Their original guitarist, Randy Rhoads.

...and since he left the band in 1979, it can officially be said that they sucked in the 80's.

16. No way.
Beastie Boys were and are the only White rappers who were ever worth a damn!

But don't take my word for it. Ask Run-DMC.

19. Noooooooooooo, my dear KitchenWitch, you really don't like them?
I always liked them. It was that weird Fat Boyz stuff that I didn't like.
