1. Respiratory, definitely
I can always use my nebs to get relief. I also must mention that I have a terrible phobia (not just garden variety fear) with full out panic attacks if I even THINK I might puke.

3. Usually I would take the cold over the puking.....
...but when you start coughing so goddamn much your lungs hurt then it really loses its advantage.

6. I second this--you can watch daytime TV with a bad cold
There's nothing to recommend stomach/intestine upset--it's so undignified.
