Has anyone ever done copycat threads in GD or GD:Politics?
How would those go over there? Would the denizens of both treat them as witty, madcap humor designed to ease tensions and provide much needed laughter?

2. About a year or so I did...
As per my ultimate banishment to the Lounge.

Where I remain today.

I think the reception would be even more dire now.
In fact, I think it's a capital offense.

Which resulted in a seven second delay on my posts.

That delay was recently lifted... And I've toed the line ever since.

And it occurs to me that I could get myself in big trouble here -- mention of mouth-to-mouth resuscitation is just one way, and I'd never bring it up -- so I'll just stop while I'm a head. :D

8. I did
A couple of times of the past year. They went well. People respond as if unaware it's a copy cat. Others have sent me PMs asking if it was a copy cat, telling me that they were clever.

But both times, a mod stepped in and moved the threads to the lounge.
