Seann William Scott seems like a righteous dude, too, a fact I wouldn't have necessarily gleaned from his work in the American Pie ouevre.

Fun film, comic-booky and escapist. I liked. And Chow Yun Fat really is The Man.

1. Seann William Scott
Actually sensitive, intellectual and totally focussed on his acting. On the "Dude, Where's my car" DVD commentary, both him and Kutcher were drunk, so that doesn't count.

He's actually nothing like Stifler and bristles at the presumption.

3. Yeah...looking at the DVD extras )always my favorite thing) has
been a revelation...the dude is a serious actor and very diligent and sensitive, it would seem.

2. I liked ...
...Jamie King better than SWS.

But Chow Yun Fat ruled that movie.

7. Yes, he is
I'm just sayin', platonically, in conjunction with much spitting, crotch-grabbing (my own), and mentioning of football teams...

10. If you haven't seen them, track down "Hard Boiled" (best action film ever)
"The Killer", "A Better Tomorrow" (1 and 2; haven't seen 3 but it's not supposed to be much cop & John Woo's not involved) and "Once a Thief" - all John Woo films and IMO in order of best first. Also check out "Full Contact", which is a Ringo Lam film where Chow Yun-Fat plays the bad guy and does very cool things with a butterfly knife.

16. I think you mean "City on Fire"
(the one that "inspired" Reservoir Dogs)

17. yes, typo, that's what I meant
I wonder why the hell I typed that, I was just looking at the title right before that.

Yeah, that one, it's so similar to Reservoir Dogs that a lot of people think Tarantino straight plagiarized the film, haha.
