8. Not by the dermatologist I went to, nor
by the site I went to on a dogpile search.

And for a second question... What do you do for it?

It is non-contagious, chronic intermittent, and incurable. However, the symptoms can be treated with topical steroids, and apparently it can go away when you hit your 60's ... twenty more years ... :(
