Dead Man w/ Johnny Depp is a weird movie
Watched it last night and that was one strange flick. Had an interesting cast Robert Mitchum, Iggy Pop, Billy Bob Thorton, and Crispin Glover.
Anyone else seen it?

1. It is based upon William Blake's imagery and logic.
I hope this link helps. :hi:

I love Jim Jarmusch.

2. It's a brilliant piece that stays with you
long after you've viewed it.

I think my favorite part is where William Blake lies down with the dead fawn.

6. It's not a movie I'll forget easily
Lots of imagery that I don't understand. Death, skulls and skeletons was everywhere. I'll read some more about it tonight.
The music was pretty interesting too.

3. The Dead Man Society
Here's a really useful link for literary criticism and understanding a lot of the references. It was put up by one of the fans at www.johnnydepp-zone.com.

I just found it to be so beautiful and moving. I'm so lucky I caught it on the big screen, too.
