OW! MY ELBOW! . . . What are YOUR Owies right now?
It always hurts on the outside - I have some tendinitis or arthritis or both or something. Hard to reach, harder to grasp, impossible to open a jar. But yesterday I carried a heavy, unwieldy box under my arm for four blocks, and now the INSIDE hurts. I pulled some muscles or something.

Good thing I'm left handed.

Where do you hurt? Come on, let's have an "OW!" commiseration thread.

13. Pain in the head and face
I'm being referred to a pain clinic but getting in there is something akin to applying to Harvard Business School, I swear. It's enough to give me a migraine. :D

12. Got all day?
I have arthritis and a displaced patella in my left knee - the current weather (rainy and cold) doesn't help it much.

I also have arthritis in my lower back, which gets aggravated by both the weather and the fact that my job involves a lot of heavy lifting.

Carpal tunnel in both wrists and creeping arthritis in my hands.

Oh, and a bruised elbow and a nice purple bruise on the aforementioned bad knee from a nice fall I took the other day on a wet concrete floor (thankfully no one saw me do it).

14. My lower back,
just went ice skating for the first time ever and was trying to be as close to the ground as possible! Didn't fall though so it could be worse.

20. I have mild Achilles tendinitis
Doesn't hurt too much, but I'm a little stiff when I get up in the morning. I've also had some intestinal upset, but that's to be expected when a body consumes approximately 50 Christmas cookies over a 24-hour period!
