Sex In The City....I don't get the attraction
Someone loaned me their tapes last year....didn't watch but one and found it boring.
This evening is the third time I am trying to watch, but it is so friggin superficial, I thought I would ask around to see if I was totally out of the loop.

2. Ok it gets a little boring at times
But Sarah Jessica Parker? Hot naked men? Sounds good to me :)

I liked it.... but I'm superficial too.

Khash.

4. I always appreciate Kim Cattrell, but I was forced to watch quite a few
episodes and they left me cold. Maybe because I can't relate to the women who are the series' focus. Maybe because I can't relate to the whole NYC thing. Maybe because I never did the swinging-single and dating thing.

I don't know.

But I thought it was inexplicably overrated crap.

5. Finally watched the series..
loved it and didn't find it boring, despite not relating to their lifestyles of power careers, high-fashion and $$$$. The comraderie was endearing. Fantastic casting and amusing conversations.

8. So you finally took my advice AVH?
Miranda is you - not the character or the other stuff. But Cynthia Nixon's lines are totally you. I can just hear you saying that.....

Khash.

6. Ilked the conversation...
But it was getting rather stale...

The way she came up with her columns was interesting...

But the rest, well, it was superficial because most stuff in America is....

7. I guess it's wish fulfillment
for women who really want to have high powered careers, sex with a never-ending parade of pretty men and a lot of shoes. Personally I'd rather watch paint dry, but that's just me.
