:wtf:

I have no clue what type of dessert is sugar-free, unless I buy one of those boxed jobbies at the store. I also don't know why my mother-in-law decided to wait until Christmas Eve to assign this to me.

3. Make a parfait
with white chocolate sugar-free pudding and fresh fruit like strawberries or blueberries. She'll love it. And yes, the white chocolate tastes WAAYYYYY better than plain vanilla or butterscotch.

Put it in a nice crystal wine or water glass, and alternate layers of fruit and pudding, starting with fruit on the bottom.

5. You can make pumpkin and apple pie without sugar
Substitute a fake sugar in the pumpkin pie and it works well. I just make apple pies with lots of cinnamon and sweeter apples. Yummy. You can also make whipped cream with sugar substitute.

Good luck.
