I think that Rumsfeld is better cast as the Riddler, since no one knows what the hell's he's talking about anyway. "The WMDs? They might be West, South, North, or East! HEE HEE HEE!" SOunds like a job for Batman to ME.

Scarecrow, instead of Rumsfeld, might be better played by Osama. Not only is he uncatchable and used to work for the authorities, there's so much illusion surrounding him we're not even sure if he exists anymore.
