1. I remember Adam's hair like that. Met the lads in Florida a few months
later, on their first tour of the USA, opening for J. Geils. Bono n me shared a coca cola sitting on a road case, stage right, laughing at Geil's keyboard player who had a HUGE mirror over his board so he could allegedly watch the band as they played behind him. We knew he was just watching himself...

Had drinks later in the lounge at the holiday inn. Nice, polite, shy guys with a good, dry sense of humor, truly embodying the irish wit.
