My husband is in Paris without me- on our anniversary

I had to stay home with the kids because they have exams. Even if I could have gone, I have a sinus infection and a very painfully infected lymph node in my throat, so I'm better of at home. And he did call to say he's freezing. Where we live it's in the seventies and eighties every day, and Paris is cold compared to that.

Oh, and this is a business trip, not a pleasure trip. Still, he was asking me about the Louvre, and other things he must see, and I'm so jealous. Wildly, poutingly, insanely jealous!

I am so sorry you couldn't be with him......

Paris is a wonderful city....I've had the enormous good fortune to go twice, and I loved it!

He must take you back on a strictly pleasure trip, to make up for this loss on your anniversary.....
