WTF is NGU?

I see that from time to time at the end of someone's post. I've been here a good while, and I know some anagrams -

I've learned a lot of anagrams here. And I was just thinking, while drinking, my beer - what the hell is this NGU I keep seeing.

All I could find was this:

Non-gonococcal urethritis (NGU) is an inflammation of the urethra which is not caused by gonorrheal infection.

Surely duers aren't sayting that to each other. (not after labor day, lol - eh, sorry)

Would someone please tell me what ngu means?
