Poll question: Have to change my nic for obvious reasons and need advice!

Should I keep the same nic but change the year, or try something new? I can't think of anything clever tonight, so any suggestions are appreciated.

5. I don't think you can change your username.

Contact Admin and see if they will allow
the change. If you check the rules,
a member can have only one username.
If you want to make the change, I think
you need their approval. :-)

8. I've seen people with new nics

who have posted 'Previously known as such and such'...but maybe that has changed. Guess I'll find out once I try to do it. :)

9. FYI...

A lot of DUers had election-related handles (i.e., references to Kerry), so after the 2004 election, Skinner allowed a period of "name change amnesty", with a "previously known as..." line attached to avoid confusion with all the name changes. I'm under the assumption that you can't just change your name whenever you want, but I could be wrong.
