3 cheers for my son..he started out our New Year right for us
Since both my husband and I are incapacitated (neither of us have the use of our hands for much) , we were stressing about things that needed to be done, and we were unable to do. Our son stopped by and bless his heart..

1.changed the litter boxes
2.changed the sheets on our bed
3.covered the BBq grill
4 did my dishes
5.made dinner for us

:loveya:

The new year has started out by having nice things done for us :)

reason for our incapacity

2. The reward of raising your kids right.
Is to benefit from their willing and freely given help when you hit a bump in the road, or in this case, a cat in a corner.

Hope you're both feeling better soon!

What a wonderful young man, to have done that for you. I too hope you're feeling better soon and the scratches (look more like gouges!) heal fast.

5. OW!!!! If you get the chance to soak in the tub with your wounds submerged
it will make a huge, huge difference. You'll find the hot water really will take a lot of the pain out of the injuries. Also, simple as it sounds, some ibuprofin, try 3 of them. It will reduce your inflammation a lot.

I'm so sorry. Catch scratches really, REALLY hurt a lot.

7. How proud you must be.
What wonderful things for him to do for you and your husband, the obvious, the tedious and yet, the most thoughtful.

So glad your New Year has started out so well. Hugs for you and yours. :grouphug:
