Who else is having a jammie day?
I'm drinking coffee and watching the Rose Parade and don't feel motivated to do anything else. Back to work tomorrow after a wonderful two weeks off.

we have rotating holiday schedules, and this is my holiday to work...but i'm procrastinating a bit this morning. but hey, at least i have friday off

3. I did one little work thing
but basically the adults in my family have been off for most of the last 2 weeks, too. It's fun to have an extra day. Tomorrow the kid goes back to school and back to reality for the husband and me.

we are just laying around with the Parade on for background.

5. Not even close.
I've been up and running since early this morning. I exercised, got my daughter ready for school, and have been doing a boatload of housework. I'm taking a five-minute procrastination break at the moment. :D

My husband has the day off, the banks are closed, there's no mail - but our city's school district started back today.

6. How awful that school started again today!
I know they need to get in as many days as possible, but darn near everyone is off today.

7. Well, they had two full weeks off...
Their last day before break was December 16.

If they'd had the last day on December 23, then they wouldn't start again until the 9th.

Either way, it would have seemed weird.

11. We don't start back until tomorrow...
and we also broke on 12/16. I thought it was great that we had until tomorrow. An extra day is wonderful. The thought of facing 120 hs kids on a normal Monday is frightening enough!

the kids go back on the 9th, started their break on the 23rd.

So, we're lookin' at a whole 'nother week.....

Greeaaat.

Good for you for exercising! I've been a total slug lately. Not feeling very motivated these days....

12. Jammie girl, here!!
It's raining, the kids are watching "Zoolander" on TV, and I've already had two cups o' coffee. I'm feeling extremely laaaazy today.

It's nice to be moving sloooowww.....

The kids don't go back to school for another week, but the hubby has to go back into work tomorrow. :cry:

Still in my jammies too! I took a shower about an hour ago but then put back on the jammies!
