Am just now watching them make it on FOOD TV, looks really good.

4. Canlis is one of the few restaurants in the Seattle area
that still requires men to wear a jacket and tie and women to be dressed "appropriately". It's also supposedly one of the better restaurants in the area, but I've never been there.

I'll ask around re: the hamburger dessert. ;-)

5. Thanks! It looked so good...
I'm real curious how it was, and also how much it costs.

The canlis website doesn't show it on their menu now, and the TV show I saw it on could be a couple years old by now.
