1. Just discovered whole wheat cinnamon raisin bread
by Thomas's. I have it for breakfast 2 or 3 times a week.

Everything is whole grain now for me. And no sugar.

2. I have either oatmeal, with some fruit, or
I like plain yogurt witha bit of freash honey, nuts and dried fruit mixed in. Usually with half a grapefruit added to both.

Not what i want every morning is sausage, bacon, or ham with eggs over easy, grits or hash browns, and biscuits and gravy.

I only let myself eat a breakfast like the latter once or twice a month. :(

19. I am the same way.
But then I get really hungry at about 10 and therefore inhale my very unhealthy lunch (usually Wendy's).

20. I don't start getting hungry until 11:0, 11:30 or so
I usually have an early lunch b/c by that time I'm really hungry.
I don't eat breakfast mainly b/c my stomach can't handle the food at the early hours but also b/c I really don't like most breakfast foods.
Sometimes I have a donut or a muffin but that's about it.

10. scrambled eggs... just about every day
I usually don't eat until after I've worked out, so by the time I get to breakfast, I'm pretty hungry. I walk over to the school cafeteria and get two spoons of scrambled eggs and one spoon of home fries. I drink a diet Snapple peach tea w/ that.

Today I was especially hungry, so I had an orange too.

16. Cereal in some form: usually shredded wheat or oatmeal.
I also like Cheerios, especially with a couple tablespoons of Grape Nuts mixed in.

Every once in a while I'll vary the cereal, but those are the biggies.

24. Exactly. And, it often guarantees a morning of solitude
since others are out enjoying fruit cups and bagel plates, or god forbid jogging and whatnot. I can just sit in my house with my breakfast and yell at Katie Couric or Miles O'Brien until it's time to leave for work.

potatoes, on weekends. Gotta replace that cholesterol the oatmeal destroys.

29. Usually some form of eggs with
some crusty, toasted bread with butter. Sometimes I will also make bacon or sausages. Once in a while I will have oatmeal. I don't care for cold cereal much and eat it only occasionally. For variation I might make waffles or pancakes. And of course my usual two mugs of coffee.

32. Cappucino, either toasted baguette, or vanilla yogurt with muesli.
For the first breakfast. After my workout, I then have a snack of a banana or other piece of fruit, and sometimes, even a croissant.
