Wow... I want to eat.
That's all I want to do today. I had a big breakfast right after my workout, but now I'm looking for something really carb-y, like a bagel or a cracker w/ some peanut butter.

Maybe something w/ some peanut butter would stick to my ribs better.

I do have my lunch here (shrimp sautee, w/ garlic, cauliflower and spinach) but I'm thinking I want that for lunch, and I want a big ol' carb loaded cracker w/ peanut butter.

Help.

6. I'm settling for a cough drop
considering that I can't get rid of this nagging cough left over from last week's head cold.

5. Do you have any peanut butter handy?
One or two crackers with peanut butter won't derail you, but it'll take the edge of that craving!

7. Lordy it must be in the air ..
I went through that last night at work. I ate a banana and was still hungry so I had a protein shake, then I had a package of crackers. THEN I ate my lunch, a healthy choice manicotti dish! I made some microwave popcorn a little later and THEN ate an orange! Another protein shake around 10pm!

and all that was between 4pm and 11pm!

sheesh.

15. Thats all I've been thinking about the past 3 days
Especially after the best restaurant thread. I've been good this week and lost my New Years weight already. Working on the Christmas weight and then the Thanksgiving weight.
Our sales guy brought in a box of good toffee this AM, damn him.
