It was total bullshit. The case was dismissed, the charges dropped and my arrest record cleared. It really was very stupid to have people in kayaks monitoring that.

I know there are two subjects guaranteed to rile me up and they do come up just often enough that I get hopping mad. Until recently, I had only had maybe one or two posts deleted. One of those two subjects came up in the most disgusting fashion to me. All that hooting and hollering infuriated me for some reason.

Anyhow, I was actually surprised that I didn't get a message to shape up or ship out after that catastrophe. I ended up using ignore extensively that night for the sheer sake of sparing my sanity. It has been better since then. Amazing how cutting just a few key agitators from my reading rotation can help matters.

Also, recently, I must have developed some major testosterone in my system because I went to GD and actually replied to a couple of posts. I waited for the inevitable backlash, but it never came. It was one of those particularly explosive issues that I tend to take a different approach to than most in my race category. I half expected someone to PM me and obliterate me.

I too dread checking PM's because I just know there will be a time when the badgers will follow me through hell and back to do what badgers do. :eyes:

The post was kind of a joke, since most people are friendly and like me..... but some!

I have problems with GLBT issues, feminism, Isreal/Palestine, and religion - never fails to earn enemies. Which is why I tend to hang out in the Lounge. Because even when I'm outspoken and tactless, people rarely get nasty or personal.

are my hot points. I prefer the Lounge too, although, I must admit that it was here that one time that I did end up trying to fend off about twenty people at once in one of those "south" threads. I tend to piss the majority off when it comes to that subject and I am FROM the south. Never have understood it, really. :eyes: :shrug:

I got it 2 or 3 times that were warnings for slamming a freeper, and once for making a joke about drowning Lieberman. A couple times it was a PM from another DU'er. Other than that, my inbox is totally inactive. I'm such a loser. hehe
