1. The commercial is stupid

But only for the claim that eating their yogurt will help you lose weight faster than a regular diet. They didn't make up that song--it's been around since the '50s or '60s.

2. That ain't what I meant

I'm familiar with the song; Brian Hyland did it. (Years later he had a Top 40 hit with "Gypsy Woman.")

I meant the horrendous writing — "She wore... that she wore."

I know... but the commercial doesn't say "It was." It says "She wore," then repeats it in the same line.

She wore an itsy-bitsy, teenie-weenie, yellow polka-dot bikini that she wore for the first time today...

In shorter form, she wore a bikini that she wore.

Maybe not that one specifically, but the modern thong or micro, even smaller — why not just be nude? :shrug:

I liked the bikinis of the '70s. They were plenty small, but still afforded a wee bit of modesty. And a bit of modesty is very sexy indeed.
