btw, you are holding up very very well through all this. I'm all to familiar with your situation (just signed the supposed final agreement yesterday) and it is one of the most difficult things a person can go through in their lives. I'm glad to see you keeping a healthy attitude about it, and that you and your ex- can maintain your friendship.
