Who here is still dying to see the return of Six Feet Under?
I am sick of waiting over a year for the show to return!!!

They toy with us, I tell you!

BTW....what's your thoughts on what happened to Lisa?

4. Well it's not clear
whether she was killed or killed herself (or the result of an accident).

But she went missing in the middle of Season 3, and then on the season finale the cops called saying they found her body. And her ghost spoke with Claire in one of her dream sequences.

3. Dying! I am DYING for it to return!
I think lisa committed suicide. She always struck me as someone who was deeply unhappy, looking for Nate to make her complete, but he is obviously still wrapped up with Brenda. So she decided that she was never going to have him and that she would just exit the picture.

5. I'm dying
It's the main reason I have cable, but I think we have to wait until March. Oh yes, we have to wait until March!!!
I don't think she would have killed herself, not with Maya. I think she was murdered or it was an accident (she went swimming spontaneously and was pulled under maybe).

6. count me in that number.
We've been waiting too long. Now that Carnivale is almost done with its first season, I thought HBO would bring SFU back post-haste. I guess I was wrong, if we have to wait four more months.

As for Lisa, I'm not sure how she died. Aside from some of her nuttier actions, I didn't get much from her character. Maybe now that she's gone to the other side, she'll be more interesting. I think she was too other-worldly, for lack of a better term, to stay on the living side too long.

15. She's on the other side having a fling with Dad
I don't think it was suicide, not with the baby. That does not make sense.

10. Bring it back! NOW!
Best show on tv, all actors were screwed over by the Emmys this past year.

11. Just thought of something re: Lisa
It always struck me as odd that Lisa drank Dr. Pepper sereptitiously (sp?), but Nate's family knew about it and he didn't. One one reading, this means he didn't really know Lisa - but on another it could mean that her whole granola girl image was just that, an image. An image she didn't really fit into, but felt it was expected of her as that was the Lisa that Nate knew back in his Seattle days, and she felt like she had to conform to that person.

Sooo....perhaps we had a duality going on: Nate trying to conform to 'husband/dad' and Lisa trying to conform to granola girl.

Thoughts?

16. That is interesting. I did not know that Dr. Pepper was such
an anti-progressive drink.

But, yeah, you might be right there, that would be the kind of semi-deep stuff these writers would resort to.

Lost interest after about the 5th Episode.

Dig up "Six Feet Under!"

13. That Dream sequence
really frosted my biscuits. Remember, Lisa promises to watch over Claire's aborted baby in heaven...

I think Bush must have written that script!

14. Lisa committed suicide I'm almost certain.
It was how she left him, suddenly saying that it was fine for his family to look after Maya while she was gone after she had been possessive about her.

I don't know about the dream sequence. It does suggest that Claire maybe thought she was dead and it was Claire's dream so she might have been working on guilt issues about the abortion.

knows what is going on inside there?
