I am *so* out of shape...

I was doing pretty well there for a while about getting back in shape post-kiddo... and then I stopped, and haven't exercised much since about August, not counting moving or painting the kitchen.

I did my Pilates DVD tonight.

OW. I am such a wuss. Ah well.

One night down. Now, to stay motivated.

I love Pilates and yoga. They were the two things that got me into the best shape of my whole life.

Anyway, good job and come to the Exercise & Fitness group for some motivation. :pals:

:) I really enjoyed the pilates I'm doing once I was doing it regularly. Then it was energizing and good. Tonight it was just hard, you know? I'm looking forward to feeling good about it again.

I'll stop by over in Exercise & Fitness sometime!
