they dont even offer an un subscribe link, their address changes with the day of the week and they all think im a paying customer or something, i havent even spend a cent online

5. One shouldn't reply to spam.

Delete it. Maybe you already knew that. They're just fishing around for valid email addresses. Don't validate it for them.

DO NOT click on any links included in spam and DO NOT reply to the spam. Either act will merely add your email address to a (more valuable) list of people who actually read that crap and do something. At times, clicking on a link can INFECT your computer. Don't do it.

Instead, report spam. A convenient site (which I've used for years) is http://mailsc.spamcop.net

SpamCop also offers email service ... I've been a user for several years and am quite happy with them. (They get slammed by some ill-informed people. Ignore the slams.)

That random title shit has really picked up in the last month or so. I've actually started blocking senders when I delete the messages. I usually get one or two repeat offenders a day.
