25. I quit drinking and didn't even realize it.
Serious. One day I realized that I hadn't had a drink in about three months, it's been three years now with about that many (3) draft beers at a dinner from time to time. Coffee is my feel good addiction now.

30. We usually get buzzed at Book Club
I'm just REALLY glad I wasn't drinking the night my two girlfriends played a game of "Who Was the Biggest Slut in College", complete with lurid examples. Why I enjoyed that was
a) I remember all the details and throw them out during book discussions when necessary and
b) I'm glad I didn't feel the need to enter the competition (not that I would have had a prayer of winning) and provide ammunition to the only other sober person in the group

I was sober at a restaurant in Pittsburgh one night when another bunch of drunk girlfriends started playing "Where's the Wildest Place You Ever Had Sex", and they included "On The Incline" and "Under the Overpass on I-somethingorother in Pittsburgh". It got pretty lurid. Finally, one of the waiters comes over to me and said "Hey, didn't you date XX, one of my fraternity brothers in college? He was WILD! It figures it would be your friends who entertained us with those stories all night!!" Okay, so I was

a) not drunk
b) not competing in "wildest place you ever had sex" contest
c) not even from Pittsburgh (unlike everyone else at the table)

but *I* am the one that gets recognized and remembered.

Either I need to start drinking more, or get some more sedate friends.

JVS you horndog you

The only one who is still wild is a bigwig at Pitt. But if you ride the Incline often enough, you may run into her some night....
