5. You should have seen me... I was all teary eyed when I saw them
and I wasn't even born until '69... but my family worshipped JFK and RFK...so it was quite a find for me! (All the old people in the family had pictures of the pope and JFK in their living rooms)

9. great find bleedingheart
I would cherish them. Bobby Kennedy was a hero to millions and still is. He's certainly one of my heros.

--Robert F. Kennedy

11. lucky you Bobby is one of my heroes
Ripple of hope everytime I hear that I think of people like us fighting the evil that is the Bush adminstration. Sigh if he hadnt got gunned down Bobby that is. I was writing a little fantasy or would you call it sci fi story called 1968 it tells what would have happened if Bobby and MLK hadnt been killed and not just political stories but how Bobby became a proud father yet again that winter. Rorry is who I am talking about she never knew her father but I see resemblance physically and in her heart.

16. There was a show on tv
Called "What If." It was like a newscast where they were reporting on things like certain thing had happened or had never happened.

Like what if aliens landed on earth, or nuclear war between US and USSR. Or if Martin Luther King Jr. had not been assassinated.

MLK became president.

I wish I could remember what channel that was on. It was a thought-provoking show.
