Flying.. I love to fly. In fact I just got back from a little night flight. I also like anything in the water: Jet Skiing, water skiing, swimming, etc. Oh, and cooking! =)

12. How good of a swimmer are you?
How far can you swim?

I intend on starting to do some offroad triathlons next summer. but if I want to be competitive in them, I need to improve my swimming. any advice?

In a former life...

I've always been a natural swimmer. For endurance swimming.. geez, do anything that will build your lung capacity. Run, swim as many laps as you can.. stuff like that.
