Well I just called Sen. Boxer's office to thank her for supporting
the filibuster at least.

Just read Skinners post about getting a beer. I just feel exhausted again, kinda numb, sorely disappointed in the outcome. Wrote a scathing email to the DNC that I will not send money their way (with all respects to Gov. Dean) again until some changes are made in regards to having a backbone and standing together on issues.

I just dunno if it's in my blood, but I wonder if this is how my ancestors that fought for the other side in the Civil War must have felt. Seems to be fight after fight and what is there to show for it (I'm not even gonna call Harriet a victory, she was a gimmie). What the fuck will finally get this freaking administration.

No drinking for me tonight, have my little girl to watch. Think will spend my evening lost in a bucket of Duplos with her wondering about the future of the Democratic party, the Constitution of the United States and of the future of this country.

To those 19 who did not stand with the rest, you can all fuck yourselves.

1. Do you ever actually get to
talk to the person you call?I just would think they wouldn't answer the phone.

2. Naa, an assistant type like the norm
Very friendly one though.

Forgot about something else I get to do tonight. I get to fill out an application for my job that I've had for the past two years (least if I want to try and keep it).
