Butter hog
IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) - The butter cow will be joined at the Iowa State Fair this year by a butter hog, but not the four-legged kind.

Norma "Duffy" Lyon said she plans to create a full-scale Harley-Davidson motorcycle in recognition of the 100th anniversary of the Milwaukee-based motorcycle manufacturer.

"I plan on struggling with the engines, the pistons and the tail pipes," Lyon said. "They have a lot of detail that I have to get right."

One year they had a butter Garth Brooks. That's right, a life size statue of Garth Brooks made entirely from butter.

I kid you not.
