But he complained no one ever did this for him - so I'm doing it. He's a great guy.


But he called me "nice" !!!!!!!! so I hope this embarasses him :)

don't you miss playing music? I never learned to play anything, I wish I had taken the time to study flute or guitar. I may yet...
Oldest guy plays electric bass, younger son has tried half a dozen instruments but it is not his "thing".
Oldest son is studying music in college, some people have expressed amusement that we are paying for this "education"-it is too "impractical"
I say I can imagine a world w/o accountants or advertising execs (no offense to anyone meant) but I can't imagine a world w/o musicians!

But there are no ensembles for me to play clarinet in any more (I used to play in the university wind orchestra and big band) and it was only playing with others that I found interesting. I don't play piano since I left home because I have no space in my flat! And I have so little time these days. :pals:
