Exercise update
I've been improving my cardio capacity and my legs' strength over the last month. I've also regained some upper body strength.

But I'm not out of it yet. To walk a distance carrying 40 pounds is still a lot of pressure on my legs.

But I'm doin' my best.

And I'm not going to ask why. Nor drink Bud Dry (tm). No booze.

I started a walking routine a few weeks ago. An hour a day on soft sand on the beach.

4. LUNGES. Dude, lunges ROCK.
Here is a site that tells you how to do them properly...

They'll really beef up your ass and thighs, and really go a long way to strengthening your knees as well.

Start out with 10 of them, I find a wide open space to cross, at least 30 feet. Do the set of 10 3 days a week, it's REALLY tough on you, so don't do it every day.

Add 10 per week.

Dude your strength will increase dramatically inside of a few weeks and your ass will be FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINE.

We all need a good ass.

You'll really feel it under your ass cheeks. It's kind of amazing.

My ass isn't bad right now... but without the endearing personality, I doubt a relationship will ever be possible. :)

8. It's amazing how this particular exercize, when done right, start slowly,
can increase your overall physique.

It's hard to balance, be patient and take your time and move through each one slowly until your body gets tuned to it.

At this point I do 20 2 -3 times per week; the one time I did 30 I kinda hurt myself, as I was pushing myself just too hard, too often.

I'm not in the best of shape, but I'm not fat. I've just had a lot of injuries to this old, achey body, as you've probably noticed by now, lol!

6. The best exercise is to have two dogs
and walk down a hill and chase after them in a big field and then walk back up the hill. That's what I do every day. Bets exercise machines.
