As many of you may know, I'm a 50 year old arthritic with a fake knee and the feet of a 100 year old, so throughout my average day I WILL feel a few aches and pains. However, for the greater part of last week all the pain suddenly disappeared (and I don't know WHY). I spent several days walking a foot off the ground simply because for reasons unknown to me I was feeling like I was 20 years old again. My mind also seemed sharper than usual- I enjoyed a clarity of thought that frankly shocked me. I was able to stop all my pain meds (that may have contributed to it, duh), and I even stopped limping! My energy level was much higher than usual, and I began sleeping less and waking up sharp and ready to work. (Pro'lly the pills again, at least in part. But I'm convinced it was only a PART.)
All such good things pass, and of course now my lower back is aching so badly tonite I'll probably need to pop a couple pills. But other than that I still feel fantastic, and I really really really really really really really hope it continues.
I hereby wish a week like the one I had for each of you. You deserve it. I probably didn't, but I ain't giving it back.
