10. Yeah, it's not a fun feeling at all.
Don't work too hard today. Be a bon-bon eating mommy today as much as you can. I'm ok today, I guess. Thanks for asking. Work is ok-ish but the boss is here again so I have to look busy. I only have to go to one job today instead of two though, so that means we get to eat a tasty dinner tonight because I'll have time to stop at the store on the way home.

I read your post earlier saying you couldn't wake up this morning. Take care of yourself.

I actually get the shivers (not the cold kind) and it feels physically repulsing. A cigarette used to defuse it a bit, but I gave those up.:evilfrown:

14. Oh yeah, I know that feeling...
I have anxiety and panic disorder, plus am perimenopausal right now -- there are days that I can barely stand being in my own body. I usually end up doing something physical to get that energy moving and out of me -- sitting with it is just nasty. :( Another thing I do at times like this is to down an Odwalla B Monster - the liquid B vitamins tend to bring that feeling down a notch or two to "bearable". It sure ain't pretty...

15. That's exactly what I feel like!
Maybe it is anxiety. I haven't been treated for that.

17. Maybe. Odd time for that, but you never do know....
I don't know why I get so angry at myself, when it's a relatively uneventful day. It's very disturbing. I feel like an unstable freak.

I probably ought to be on some kind of anti-anxiety meds, but I won't do it for some reason (inexplicable to myself). So I drink, instead.

25. No way! Molting would suggest an increase in size.
I'm not down with that. Unless just my t&a could molt. That would be okay.
