It's snowing!
I see snow. Doesn't look like it's sticking. I love snow. I want 15 feet of snow to cover the whole city. (After I stock my cupboards.)

Is it snowing anywhere else in NYC? Sometimes weather seems to happen just in my neighborhood.

1. I don't see any
I'm in downtown Manhattan, don't see any out the window, though it sure looks like it could start snowing.

2. I'm home right now.
Williamsburg area, Brooklyn. It's already stopped. Hope it starts up again. But I'm sure my husband doesn't. He's at his folks house and has to drive home.

7. I'm trying not to hate the idea of winter coming.
Generally, I love winter and I love snow. But since I'm recovering from some serious injuries, it's going to be hard to walk in, and the cold makes my bones hurt. But I'm so crabby and bitchy already, I'm trying to remember to love winter as much as I ever did, even tho it's going to be a lot different this year.

9. Yeah me too, until my car got hit by drunken snowplower
It was parked in my parking lot. And the fact that the snow stayed on the ground from Thanksgiving to St. Pat's, it was really depressing and cold...I had to throw away two pairs of nice pants because the sand/salt/nastysnow stains ruined them. So, I'm not in a happy place when it comes to winter anymore, sad to say.

5. It was weird.
It just snowed for like 4 minutes. I think I'm the only one who saw it.

6. How Beautiful!
You're in my city of birth. The first day of snow in NYC is the best. The days that follow...a nightmare.

I'm in AZ. The sun is bright, blue sky, temperature in the 60s. Beautiful cool nights for the hot tub. We had snow up in the mountains, two hours away from Phoenix.

11. A little rain...
on the Turnpike north of Newark Airport, but no snow yet.

Supposed to be cold tonight, so if the rain comes back, it could be snow.

Talk of snow tonight in the Hudson Valley and other parts north, but that's not unusual at all.
