WOW! Somebody is going to have to move a $20k fence
14' off my client's property. This is really going to screw-up somebody's weekend. I'm fixing to make the call right now.

what a dumbass...spending $20K on a fence but not getting a proper survey....which would cost..perhaps $300 at most????

...work and research that we won't be able to charge or recover just to prove we were right. The calls have been made and after lunch I will finalize the survey and email a PDF copy to the client.

$20k is just a guesstimate based on what I know about fence costs. Any DU fence contractors around? What's the price on a 12' tall, double finish-sided, pressure treated wood fence 640' long?
