Cowboys are frequently, secretly (fond of each other)

Speaking of Brokeback, anybody heard this new Willie Nelson song? They've been playing it on KFOG in San Francisco. I'm not a huge fan of Willie (although he's one of the few country singers I like), but I'm loving this song.

It will join Johnny Cash, kd lang, Patsy Cline, and Dolly Parton's protest songs as my few Country genre picks. Oh, and the Dixie Chicks if I can figure out who the heck I lent it to.... (Bought it after they got slammed for dissing Bush.)

OMG! The theme and the Willie sone and the Emmy Lou song make me sob! I think it brings the emotions from the film back to mind. That film absolutely destroyed me! I loved it so much!

I was thinking of "He Was a Friend of Mine," not "Cowboys Are Frequently, Secretly (Fond of Each Other)"

Still, I gotta love Willie. My dad has loved Willie's music for years!
