...their goddamned bickering. It's also not enough that I was tired all day at work because of that. Now, those pieces of white shit have to add insult to injury by stomping around on my ceiling while I'm trying to take a nap!

But you know what? I may have come up with a solution to this problem. I'm going to leave my neighbors an anonymous gift: a pair of dueling pistols!

Next time they have one of their regular sessions of screaming and throwing things at each other, one of them gets blown away, the other goes to jail, their little boy hopefully gets adopted by a couple of real adults, I finally get some peace and quiet, and the world is a slightly better place.

Sounds like a plan, by gum!

I think we have a spot for you in upper management.

2. Do yourself a favor and invest in a pair of earplugs.

Filing a noise complaint with the police might get their attention too if it makes you feel better.

4. I already wear earplugs to bed, but I can still hear them up there!

As for the cops, I've called them four times in the past month. But I can't see what good it's doing.

7. Why should I be the one to move?!

I've been living here four-and-a-half years; they've been here maybe two months. If anyone's going to move out, it'll be those festering human abcesses upstairs from me!

And since the superintendent, the building manager, and the cops are all aware of the situation, I'm guessing it won't be too, too much longer before the Lockhorns get their eviction notice. I'm counting the seconds!

6. Be Grateful You Don't Livr Underneath a Moaner ........
A number of years ago, my upstairs neighbors were a couple in their early twenties. She was a big time MOANER!

Hey, I like sex a whole bunch too, but nobody has that much fun.

8. Welcome to DU Limbought!
Nice avatar BTW.

Yes, I once lived downstairs from sex fiends and upstairs from party animals. It was special. NOT.

9. I would think it'd be a lot more
interesting and tolerable to have to suffer with the "sex fiends" than the "party animals!" Unless you're not getting any yourself, then it's downright depressing and frustrating, lol!

15. Well, hearing it at 6:00 the day after you move in
is a little extreme. I tapped my boyfriend's shoulder and said, "Honey, gross! Put on 'Flight of the Valkyries' and drown it out!"

10. Thanks,
Doing more reading than posting right now, but watch out ........ I'm not very shy.

I would take credit for the avatar, but no one would believe me. ~_~ I have always liked Wonder Woman, even when Linda Carter was playing her on TV. She also has some pretty neat toys. I especially like the 'Golden Lasso of Truth.' Where can I get me one of them?

13. I hate to admit it....
....but one time I called the cops because I thought a woman was being killed outside the apartments. I kept hearing this cry that sounded as if she were calling for help. The dispatcher (wise) asked me what it sounded like. As I made the sound back to him I realized that (oh dear) it was sex noise. Yes, it was summer and windows were open. Geez. How embarrassing.

11. You have my sympathies...
What is wrong with some people...why are there so many people who have no consideration for others?

I just don't get it...

14. I have some noisy new upstairs neighbors too
The stereo, the 3 a.m. TV, the heavy feet, inexplicable pounding in the middle of the night that sounds like they're chopping wood, and more. But the worst part is that she apparently has an eating disorder, because periodically the sound of great RALPHING comes through the bathroom. Great, extended barfing. At least once a day.
