Next time you make coffee...

throw in some freshly ground cardamon and allspice. Yumm. I've got a pot of Trader Joes French Roast with about 15 cardamon pods and 30 allspice seeds. Really gives it a nice character.

We always put freshly ground cardamom in our coffee. It's YUMMY and said to aid digestion. :thumbsup:

I like experimenting with different stuff added to the beans. I have some home-grown Thai Dragon peppers...what do you think? Should I?

6. I'd reserve the Thai Dragon peppers for stir-fry.

It's not something I'd try in coffee. :scared: (But if you do try them in coffee, please report back here. :evilgrin: )
