On Saturday the whole problem with my sister happened. She called and said she was staying at a friends house. I found out today why.....the nutcase was outside of that girl's house in his car. I still don't know if or why my sister didn't call the cops...or why whn my Dad knew this he didn't tell me so I could have driven out to get her, I have to talk to them about that (maybe she just thought it was best to stay there and do whatever). But get this...he bribed the bouncer at the bar she works at to tell him where she was!!!!
... you need to make clear to your sister that this behavior is known as stalking. I think, too, that you need to explain to her that his behavior won't improve as long as she thinks it's okay to tolerate him doing this.
