I know - Food network...but it sounded good...and not spicy (so the kids will eat it!)

15. Food network has decent recipes.
I'm not going to complain. And their recipes are tested, unlike some cookbooks I could mention....

17. I cannot tell you how many times I have been disappointed by a cookbook.
I rarely buy them anymore. I have the old tried and true Better Homes and Gardens, the Betty Crocker Cookbook and the Joy of Cooking. These are the books I most refer to.

14. It is a Thai inspired thing
Basically marinated chicken cooked on a bamboo skewer with a peanut dipping sauce.
