for me it's black no sugar.

1. I like it black; also sometimes with some flavored cream (french vanilla
or hazelnut are my favorites). Gotta be fresh ground, and my favorite blends are "Foglifter" and "Woods and Water."

2. Black no sugar as well ...
as I tell people, when you get a bad cup of coffee, you know it. But when you get a good cup, you know it.

9. I just ordered a small drum roaster
I have been using only fresh custom roasted beans for some time. Recnetly I moved to a small town in Norhtern Florida and as a result I do not have a local source for fresh roasted coffee. So I ordered a drum roaster that will do a pound at a time from a company that also ships unroasted beans. You get a free pound of beans with the roaster and I selected a nice sumatra organic for mine.

Black and strong but never bitter.

14. french roast
....and fresh ground and french pressed. Real cream, but will settle for half and half.

Mmmmmm.

My favorite supermarket has a new coffee display that has about a hundred minibins of beans from many different Pacific Northwest roasters. So the choice for aficionados is superlative. Although I can't get past my favorite french roast.

And no flavored coffee. No, no, no.
