3. Yur guys's
as in "Is that yur guys's car?" That's probably what sticks out the most for me is the tendency to use fur ur yur instead of for or your. What's funny is that the "yur/fur" occurs kind of randomly, for example I might say: "would you like an apple or an orange fur a snack ," but I might also say "would you like an apple or an orange for yur snack"

5. That's a good one.
It doesn't sound like the word "kin" where I live though; it's more of a en or an un sound. An example of my own regional dialect (I'm not sure anyone shares it however) "I kun drive my car tu thu store fer grosherees"
