Computer advice....

I need to get into an old harddrive but have no mouse for that machine. I've tried other mice, but the machine doesn't recognize any of them.

I only need to see one file on the old machine.

Is there any way to move the cursor and click on a file without a mouse?

I've since gone back to Mac. I love it.
